What this website does
This is Dhoopam Atelier's product-discovery and enquiry website. It does not process payments or automatically accept orders. A message or sample selection is an enquiry, not an order confirmation.
Prices, packs and delivery
Current prices, taxes, packaging, availability, delivery charges and expected dispatch timing are confirmed directly before an order is placed. A pack format mentioned online is a guide to the current collection; please check the final details in your quotation and on the product pack.
Order and business information
Before payment, we will confirm the seller's legal business details, invoice information, applicable sale terms and fulfilment details with you. For retail, gifting and hospitality orders, any minimum quantity, customisation or sample arrangements are agreed separately.
Product information and use
Scent descriptions express the intended fragrance character, not a guaranteed personal experience or medical effect. Botanical illustrations and styled imagery are representative. Read the current ingredient declaration and safety instructions for the variant and batch supplied.
Incense produces smoke. Use moderately, with ventilation and a heat-resistant holder. Never leave burning dhoop unattended. The journal is educational and is not medical advice, a regulatory certificate or a clinical evaluation of our products.
Delivery issues and concerns
Contact us promptly about an incorrect, damaged or otherwise problematic order. Please provide the order reference and relevant photographs where available so that we can assess the issue. Any proposed remedy will be discussed directly, without limiting applicable consumer rights.
